February - March 2025
Started off 2025 the same way we finished 'er - with a solid siding refresh!! This one was extra fun with some sweet decorative #BuiltToYourDesign siding and custom Aluminium trim, capping, and band options making this home a true standout in the neighbourhood.

It was the year of the farm home #RenovationTransformations as we completed our second #RenovationTransformation exterior upgrade with an added deck and garage update to round out 2024!
Just cause your home is surrounded by the open Prairies doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be a stunner too!!!

[Wilkie Farm Refresh]
April - September 2024
This lovely farm home got the full #RefreshedSpaces exterior treatment from #TheyJetyCrew to welcome Spring: new siding, new entry steps, metal siding and updated lighting in the covered patio, and two new decks complete with stairs and aluminum railing 👊
This #FunctionalBeauty upgrade features LP Smartside in Midnight Shadow - an excellent base to really show off all those other finishes.

[Cochin Siding and Stonework Refresh]
October 2023
#TheJetyCrew was able to squeeze in one more siding and stonework refresh just before the cooler weather hit - this time out near the Cochin-Ocean 👊
Whewwweee did this one turn out to be a true boss of a beaut 😮💨 Just something about that bright white siding and dark stonework highlighting the (pre-existing) bright blue door that makes this home one you can’t miss!!
Stonework makes for a great texture feature on exteriors that can replace the much harder to repair stucco and parging, like we did here.
[Rapids Blue Edam House Exterior Refresh]

Even #TheJetyCrew is sometimes starstruck when we see a completed project come to life!!
This blue beauty of a project in Edam included an energy efficient upgrade of 2” styrofoam under that sweet siding and stonework along with brand new doors and windows installed, new shingles, soffit, and fascia, a new back deck, AND the garage to match the house. We also were able to fix some hidden concerns along the way to prevent issues in the future 💪
Did you know these kinds of home updates don’t have to just be during the warmer months?? While shingles get tricky as it gets colder, we can do just about everything else during the cooler months too!!

A cabin owner out at Jackfish Lake reached out to #TheJetyCrew recently to see if we could help restore their siding and fence after a neighbour’s fire damaged their property too - of course we said YOU BET!!
