[Hafford Accessibilty Upgrade Renovation]

#TheJetyCrew has been able to take on a few extra special accessibility renovations this last year that have been making home much more comfortable and functional for these clients. Sometimes it’s reconfiguring a room and installing accessible fixtures but other times it’s an entire gut and #RenovationTransformation like this project in Hafford.

With accessibility renovations, “the bones” we’re starting with have got to be extra secure and solid - check out the framing and backing that is hiding behind the drywall to support the custom counters, vanities, closets, and other helpful features to bring back to life those comforts of home for this lovely client.

We always take extra care in making sure these type of renovations are done with extra care with the goal of making home life easier and more comfortable. Not only is this a beauty of a renovation but it’s a functional and Occupational Therapist approved one too!
From the studs into a reconfiguration, level adaptations, accessibility enhancements, and tying in the other parts of the home to match the renovation👊

December 2024
After completing a full exterior #RefreshedSpaces, including siding, a covered patio, and 2 new decks, #TheyJetyCrew continued to add some #RenovationTransformation magic to the interior with new flooring, bathroom upgrades, and most recently designed, created, and installed a custom #BuildToYourDesign faux wood beam feature inside the home.

#TheJetyCrew said seeeee yaaaa to the former exterior door and doorway and a big bright heyyyyyyooo to a feature window, along with a full interior stair relocation, new electrical, and a new layout for the interior with new framing, drywall, and finishing.

You’d never know this wasn’t the original entry or the stairs to the basement where this home owner has their home-based business!

It was a bittersweet moment as #TheJetyCrew passed off the SaskHospital Chapel to the next part of the #RenovationTransformation team finishing it up.
What a stunning piece of history we played a role in helping to restore and modernize for years to come! Those stained glass windows really pop with all that new framing and drywall 🤩
